Independent Sales Representative

H2O Audio is a looking for high performance sales professionals to share our passion about our products and our goal of developing positive relationships with existing and new retailers. If you are an active rep, familiar with Apple products, the sports market, working your accounts every month, helping your retailers succeed we’re looking for you!

Essential Job Functions:
  • Identify and approach new retailers to increase H2O Audio distribution in the assigned territory with Surf, SBR, Wake, Sporting goods, and resort retailers.
  • Regularly visit retailers, check inventory, clinic staff, work closely with buyers to collect sell through data.
  • Partner with the account base by developing specific assortment plans and continually monitoring inventory needs along with providing solutions as challenges arise.
  • Communicate regularly with the H2O Audio Sales, Marketing and Product Line Managers to convey market trends, sell through performance and industry challenges.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be familiar with Apple iPod products.
  • Must have at least 5+ years in the action sports industry with a solid relationship base and additional (non-competing) lines that keeps you on the road visiting your retailers.
  • Must have experience selling within the assigned territory with relevant accounts.
  • Must be proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to provide business plan for desired territory for final consideration
  • This is a Commission only position
